This hotel is located right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views from the rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great amenities and a huge bathroom. The location is perfect, being right on front street and within walking distance to the vibrant night life.

The ernest hemingway home and museum was in close proximity to the hotel. An excellent base exploring Key West. Free Wi Fi is good. We really enjoyed our stay, and we do recommend the venue.

Location and views were great. It was easy to walk everywhere and the sunrise was beautiful. the staff was friendly and helpful, making recommendations for activities and restaurants. It was nice to have the option of renting a bike and explore the area.

The room was disappointing. the furniture and decor were outdated, and the cleanliness was not up to par - we found mildew in the bathroom.

The location was magnificent, staff helpful nad friendly.I left a nightie in my bed sheets when we checked out and your housekeeper was very efficient in posting it to me in LA before we flew back to Australia. I would like to thank her from me and please tell her I appreciate her speedy reply to my messages. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West. I booked another room for my son and fiance who also enjoyed heir stay.

Great holiday atmosphere with beautiful Christmas decorations and festive spirit throughout the hotel. Excellent location, just steps away from the beach and close to popular attractions and dining options.- The staff were friendly and provided good customer service, making us feel welcomed and taken care of during our stay.

The room was small and not well-maintained, with outdated furnishings and a lack of cleanliness. Noise from neighboring rooms and hallways was quite bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel staff provided excellent, friendly service. Everyone I came across, from the check-in personnel, concierge, housekeeping staff, bartender and others were friendly, informative and able to answer questions or point me in the right direction. My particular room was appealing to the eye and cleaner than what you would expect a beach type hotel to be. Great place to stay and I can't wait for the next opportunity to visit.

The hotel restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 8:00AM. I know it's Key West but that's crazy!

They gave us upgraded room with no charge Room was very large , clean and confortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First, the location was perfect, right on the beachfront near the Southernmost pier of Duval Street. It was within walking distance of all the various tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was beautifully situated right next to the sea, offering breathtaking views from the rooms with a beautiful view of the beach. I was lucky enough to stay in a room that was supposedly just made ready by housekeeping, and it had a wraparound balcony that provided stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Additionally, the staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel exceeded all my expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The staff was extremely helpful in booking all reservations for water skiing, snorkeling, etc. They also had bikes and other modes of transportation that could be rented to travel around the island. Beautiful place!

This hotel in Key West is a great find! the location is fantastic, situated right next to the sea in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the vibrant nightlife. Secondly, the staff here are truly amazing, providing exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Lastly, the rooms on the upper floor offer breathtaking views of the ocean, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sound of the waves.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which was fantastic. But I loved all the areas available to spend time as well: the three pools, the pier, the 2 bars, plus the cafe, not to mention the beach... (There was also a spa and fitness center which I did not use this trip.) You really didn't have to leave the complex to have a great vacation.

I can't really think of anything. Maybe the cafe could be open later (past 11) for drinks, but otherwise overall I really had a wonderfully positive experience.
